It appears your initial lip lift surgeon removed too much skin, resulting in a very gummy smile. Hopefully you will be able to find a surgeon who is capable of repairing and reconstructing your upper lip. I would look for surgeons specializing in facial reconstruction.

Hello! I had procedure "lip lift". Doctor cut down me as many as 1 centimeter of skin around the nose. For this surgery should not come, it was a doctor's mistake, I just trusted him. A half year ago I had a reconstruction, skin-graft and it was also unsuccessful. My lip distance from the nose is 8 millimeters.
I am looking for a doctor for reconstruction. Is it possible to graft the skin from the cheek or in different way. Doctor, is there any chance to help me, is it possible that can I regain my similar face, I suffer terribly.

So sorry to hear you has unsuccessfull procedures. Can you please explain what happened to you? Was it doctor Osuch who cut too much skin? Or he attempted the skin graft? Thank you.
For "lip lift" should not come, it was a doctor's Osuch mistake, I just trusted him. He just cut down me as many as 1 centimeter of skin around the nose and
he wasted my life.

Dr Osuch did a lip lift on her ,cut 1 cm of skin,she s wasn t happy with the outcome so she went to get a skin graft by some other doctor who completly butchered the graft ,the scar looks big on the picture she posted ,not form Osuchs lip lift !Im still trying to find out who this doctor was that did her graft since it looks horrible!I know its har dto understand what this girl is saying ,so Im explaing it .

You write meaningless and you are lying... If I looked good after a "lip lift", I wouldn't give in to the reconstruction. Doctors from Poland when I was looking for help stated that my face was not qualify for this procedure, it was a medical mistake. Dr Osuch convinced me for this procedure only for the sake of profit and for his thoughtlessness. You have no idea what I'm going through right now. I lost everything - health, appearance, ability to work and willingness to live. I don't want to see your hopeless comments here anymore...

Hi Gonia! who did your skin graft? looks like he left a big scar ,it doesnt look like Dr Osuch left a scar like this on your picture after his lip lift ! I would post this on a Ask a doctor forum on here ,there doctors can answer to you what can possibly be done to correct it.I hope someone can do a much better job than this skin grafting guy who obviously did something wrong .

Lol! who did your skin graft? it looks horrible,I said it was not Osuch, you never told who did it, someone here was asking who did it and you never answer it! second ,I never said you looked good after the lip lift by Osuch, ( you never posted a picture where your whole face shows not smiling straight on to where you can really see what it looked like) I only refered to the scar after your skin graft,since you dont have a scar like this after the lip lift ,it s obvious from the picture! Not everyone is happy with the results ! he might have cut too mcuh skin as you say,but he didnt leave you a scar like the skin graft doctor did! why wont you tell us who he was? I want to know since i live in Poland I want to make sure Ill never go to him .Good luck finding a doctor you will be happy with.
Hi, I am sorry... I think I am easily confused... what was the problem with the lip lift exactly? From your pictures you do have quite a gap between your lip and nose, which is what qualifies for a lip lift. What about the outcome did you not like? I only ask as I am two clicks away from booking in with the same doctor for the same procedure! x

Lillouise82,I also dont know what it was about the Lip lift she didnt like? theres no pictures of full face straight on before and after to be able to tell,from those pix here I dont see a difference in the gap between the nose and the lips to be 1 cm! It would look obvious if it was this much ,what I do see is the big scar after the skin graft,that looks bad! and it was not the same doctor who did it! I ve had my LL done by Dr. Osuch,and trust me,he didnt want to remove more than 3, to 4 mm on me! and I I look like I had more room ,I was the one who said I wanted more! I was well aware of everything,that I might not like ,like... the corners of my mouth might go down even more by the doctor ( they didnt tough) and I was ready for it ,I was going to to a face lift anyhow so it would help with that if it happend.To my surprise,it made me look younger! now I dont have to do face lift for a while! Im very happy with the outcome,I do know that your face changes a bit after,and its something everyone has to be ready for, in my case and in pretty much all of the LL on here,its for the better! I coulndt have chosen a better doctor to do this for me!
