Pulse Dye Laser

i had red scars for chiken pox on my face , and some scars for an accident but litle visible.I went for dr derm dermatology in BUDAPEST HUNGARY, and i ask the doctor if there are side effects. The doctor said there is no chance for side effects.I tell him to make a test but he insist to make on my all face because is no diferent price , and i have so much scars.I ask him again and the other doctor his colegue.Not chance for side effects will be better 100%.After treatment my all face was destroyed , burned , more scars lines everywhere, my old scars are bad now. the doctor does't answer on phone or e-mails.......he ruined my life my family, and my relation .IT WAS MALPRACTISE !i had before co2 laser without problems on an other surgery. is there somebody who can tell me that this procedure can destroyed completely the deeper layers on my skin or will heal in time.?please help if in the future can i have some dermapen , chemical pell to corect this. how many time should i wait for healing ? excuse for my english.
