2 weeks post op
Yesterday i went into my two week post op appointment. My stitches were pulled out. (Much more simple than I expected). Dr said the side with the larger implant was a bit behind on fallung into place because the skin is tighter, but everything overall looks good. He advised light massage only once a day since I have gummys. And taking vitamin E I assume for skin elasticity to help them drop and fluff. He said i still cannot use my arms alot and of course lift or carry more than 5 lbs but i can start exercising and elevating my heart rate as well as lower body workouts. Also he said i dont have to wear my sports bra all day anymore and a regular bra is fine except of course at night.
How i am feeling. Ive started driving again but I haven't driven far as my back tends to hurt after doing so. My breast are less tight and hard and sore but still a bit sore especially the nipples and my left with the smaller implant is starting to jiggle wheras the right is still tight. It also appears the left is larger but common sense tells me thats because its looser than the right because of more skin/muscle laxity.

6 days after surgery
Today im feeling really well. Had some major bloating for about 3 days and that seemed to disappear between last night and waking up this morning. My chest muscles are definitely not as sore and im feeling more slight pain in the breast itself, nipples have regained their feeling but somewhat sore. The inciaion sight does not hurt at all, but occasionally i feel a slight twinge of discomfort. I also am now getting an odd sensation here and there of something slightly moving under the skin. I imagine that feeling is normal and is the implant dropping into place. I have noticed more projection and slight fullness to the breast over the last couple days as my chest muscles are giving in and nit in so much pain. I quite pain meds about 3 days ago completely. Ive been taking it easy. No lifting. Opening doors, etc. Sleeping upright for one more day per doctors orders. I have felt occasionally that the implants may be smaller than i wanted, however i know they are not completely projecting because of the muscle holding them down and they are high profile. I do get to start driving a bit tomorrow and excited for that. I'm bored with the lack of ability to work out so i emailed my dr. Asking if i can start small lower body anaerobic exercises or some easy hikes. Nipples are definitely not as low as they were initially and theres a decent little bit of cleavage starting to be visible in my sports bra. My next visit to Dr. Kim is in another 6 days.
24 hours out of surgery
Its been 24 hours and my mobility has regained. Still have to take it easy even though i feel much better l. My chest muscles are still sore especially getting out of bed. I saw Dr Kim today and he cut off the extremely binding bandages. That was a huge relief. Now im in my sports bra. My breasts are hard and a bit high of course as to be expected i dont feel like they are heavier, and the nipple is numb although we did an under boob incision. Im going to do my best to take it easy and rest so they can fluff and heal properly. Ill post another pic in a week.
