Hi everyone. ..So last week Monday 10th I met the doctor, Doctor David A . Silberman in Doylestown, pa , first consolation!!!!
He was great, answered all my questions, he is kind...sweet and very funny, after a lot of questions, he started to examine me, I am ery healthy and my skin looks great, I don't need liposuction, its going to be a full tummy tuck, I will stay a night, and all lab work and medication will be included.
So 5800$ I am happy and excited, feel very comfortable with my Doctor. I had to call back to confirm . So I did and paid the deposit. ..now it's going to happen.
I scheduled for September 25th....yuhu

Hi....I am VERY happy for you! I went to see a different Doylestown dr last week also, and I was given a much higher estimate (which I know now is the norm for him). Your situation sounds similar to mine. May I ask you if the $5800 included hospital fees?

Thanks in advance :)

Thank you.... yes that would be included the night I have to say there , but the surgery wont be at the hospital, it will take place at the clinic , it will be cheaper said the doctor.
And you can ask me anything you need to now , its okay , we are all in the same position .

Thanks so much for your reply! I was given a base estimate of $7900 and an additional $3000 for a small amount of lipo for my under chin/neck area (not necessary per se, but I am supportive of his suggestion). I am 37 and only 115 pounds (1 child) but I have stubborn problem area in my abdomen that will not go away no matter what I do. Even when I was 100 pounds it was still there. The dr was very nice, but it seems like his pricing is super high because of the actual hospital stay. I did watch a tuck on youtube today and it was a bit scary, but I am ready....just looking for the right dr.

Hey,, it seems that you are very healthy and skinny, I am healthy, eat very healthy workout 5 days a week,2 hours each day,125 pounds, and 49 years old,I have 2 daughters, what ever I do ,not getting my tummy flat as it was, hate that area.
The prices they gave you its mire than my price, but I guess its because of the extras that you need.
Do you pick up a docter yet???

I didn't pick a dr yet. Wanted to see three to make sure I picked the best fit for me. I am researching who to pick for the 3rd one. You are also in great shape! Kudos to you! :) Tummy areas suck LOL
The price for just the tuck was just under $8000, so that is a huge difference from your estimate. The hospital fees were outrageous. The surgery center makes more sense in the long run and they are perfectly equipped for the procedure. Please let me know how you are doing as you lead up to the 25th with all of the prep stuff. I would appreciate any insight you have.

Thanks for Replying....As the 25th coming closer I get more excited and scared, I actually started with all process about 2 years ago, was looking for a coolschupting, went 2 different clinic, didn't find what I was looking for, they told me that wouldn't help me,because I don't have fat,but a bit of loss skin after being pregnant twice, so I had to start looking for a surgeon and get information about tummy tuck, last February I went to see a doctor at Lehigh Valley clinic, he seems to be the best in this area, but his prices are very high, just the surgery and 1 night will cost me 8000 $, all lab work and medication will be on me!!!
And I had to make all amount 3 months before the surgery, so I don't think much about it, I didn't go for it, my budget is only 6000 $ .
This Doctor and the price fit my budget perfectly.
I know there still will be a fwe stuff that I will need , not a big deal.I hope everything will gose well with the surgery.
And for you I hope you find a docter that will fit your budget, I will update you

I live in a complex, my apartment is upstairs, so when I come home from surgery , have no idea if walking the stairs up would be painful????
My lovely husband said he will carry me into my bed!!!! Very sweet , but I don't know if I will go for it....then my bed is very high, so any suggestions ladies?????

YAY! SO happy you are happy! Proud of you for making the move! I went with Dr Goldfarb in Langhorne....hes doing the Smartlipo part of it and Dr Silberman is doing the tuck. They are doing the Avelar TT which I am awake for. Yikes! Thanks for the words for encouragement and kind thoughts. I am so thankful that you are on the mend! I have been reading a lot about post op, and I am starting to get a bit freaked out, but I am settling down a bit. LOL Are you happy with the results so far even with the swelling?
