I am going to Dr. Bruce Wildeman in Doylestown, PA. I am looking forward to get some veneers in the top teeth along with zoom whitening. I also am going to inquire about getting my gums laser reshaped as I have a gummy smile (not too bad but it bothers me). I used Invisalign a couple a years back but my teeth are still not the way I want. I attribute it to not using the retainers faithfully and also on the shape of my teeth (which invisalign cannot change). I wish I would have done veneers instead of wasting my money on Invisalign. Let's see how my consult goes tomorrow.

Hi, and welcome to Gum Lifts!  I hope you'll be able to post a pic so we can see the difference when you're done.  I looked for an Invisalign review but didn't see one, so a pic of just your smile would be great.  I'm actually also really interested in what went wrong with your Invisalign, though.  And depending on how crowded your teeth were before (or were they spaced?) getting them done first may allow for a more conservative prep for your veneers, which is good!  So it's not all a waste, though it's a lot of money, I know.  I did Invisalign too.

Your teeth are not really small, which is usually why people have the gum lift done in the first place. That's why it's also called "crown lengthening".

I met Dr. Wilderman today and immediately felt warm welcoming by his staff. They took pictures of my teeth and along with Dr. Wilderman, we came up with plan to improve the appearance of my teeth. I am getting four porcelain veneers along with laser gum reshaping. I am also opting to whiten my teeth. I am excited for the whole process. My next appointment is on October 31.
The whole thing is going to cost 8000. The most expensive thing is the actual cost per veneer which is 1340 per tooth. But anything for a Hollywood smile!

Thank you for posting the picture!  From looking at it, I can't really tell where the veneers are going to go?  You don't look like you have very small teeth?  Or is it because the one lateral incisor is more forward-faced than the other?  And will the gum lift only be for the one central incisor on the top, to even them out? Exciting!

Yeah he is going to add for new teeth in the front because one is more forward faced
