Double mastopexy (breast lift)

I have wanted a breast lift (no implants) since I was 14, genetically and since I lost 45 pounds my breasts were very saggy and I had big nipples which I personally did not like. My shoulders always hurt from holding the sagging breasts up. I saved up and finally got the surgery done yesterday, at 21 years old and 155 pounds while being 5'8. I believe I was a full 36 D cup. My doctor has lifted my breasts along with a slight reduction to a Full B cup to C he said.

The pain meds have been helping tremendously, it’s a very bearable pain. The pictures might look very painful but it’s normal, I had a follow up phone call with Dr. Chong and sent these exact pictures, everything is looking good so far! I have been sleeping elevated on 5-6 pillows and have set an alarm for every 4 hours to take my pain meds. Yesterday I walked 1 km slowly and felt good. My appetite is huge right now probably because of the healing and today I will try to walk 2km.

After these pics I will be doing weekly to bi weekly updates. Day 3 is apparently the worst for pain, it feels like a 2/10 when I’m sitting stationary and about a 4-5/10 when moving etc. Keep in mind this is with meds every 4 hours. I showered today, with the help of a friend to shower my hair as I didn’t want to risk popping open any stitches. I am able to do most things myself that do not require lifting the arms.
