They feel and look super natural
Maybe a 1/10 pain occasionally now. I am able to sleep on my side. They feel super natural and look amazing to me. Almost at 8 weeks post op.

Oh good for you! You’re healing nicely! You’re about 7 weeks ahead of my explant/lift I had on April 20th.
Have they okayed you to exercise yet?
Thank you! I just got the okay to exercise today! :) super excited to ease back into everything. He said I am healing nicely and ready to resume all activities for exercise.

Healing well, one month post op
My little complication is healing up due to Dr. chong’s advice and an angel who reached out in the comments with some advice on how to speed up the healing! There is no more nerve pain, slight itchiness still, but the drainage and bleeding has stopped. I will start to tape up all parts of the incisions now. There is still slight pain to touch on the breast area but I have regained all feeling in the nipples. We’re back on track for now :)
