It’s been a few years now and I wish I had gone elsewhere for my bleph. Unnatural looking results, poor craftsmanship, and to make things worse, the office ghosted me when I called to express my concerns! There are many skilled surgeons in this area - go to one that will do the job correctly.

So you are not happy with your eye surgery and not recommend Dr V?

I would not recommend. The office is beautiful and the staff initially seems like they will be helpful. Once they have your money, don’t expect too much. It should have been a red flag to me that Dr. V did not even measure my eyelids prior to the surgery. She did not walk through any markings with me, and when I went in to have my stitches removed, they had the nurse do it instead and it was painful.

I’m so glad I found Dr. V. I was born with natural double eyelids but always had trouble with blinking, especially my right eye. I was diagnosed with ptosis years ago but decided to forego surgery at the time. I wanted to wait until I found a doctor who had experience working on Asian eyes and found that in Dr. V. She was respectful of my wishes to maintain my appearance and operate for functional rather than aesthetic reasons.

The surgery was done in her office and my recovery was smooth. Dr. V did such a great job that I didn’t need to take any pain medications - not even Tylenol! Her staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and I would recommend her to everyone.
