Trust Dr. Goretti!

I have considered Double Eyelid Surgery for about a year and researched very heavily before booking my consultations. After 2 not so great consultations, I finally landed in Dr. Goretti's office after seeing her amazing before and after shots on RealSelf. During the consultation, Dr. Goretti explained that for my case, I would require the full incisional method and used a tool to show me different crease sizes that would be most ideal for my face. It only took a quick second for her to get the placement exactly how I wanted. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. She explained that she didn't want to alter my appearance but enhance my natural features. I was totally blown away by her keen eye for aesthetics and booked an appointment right away.
On surgery day, I arrived to the surgery center a little early and Dr. Goretti accommodated me right away and actually started my surgery early. She is extremely careful when drawing the lines and mapping out the eyelid. She explained that because I had asymmetrical eyelids, on eyelid might not taper completely into my inner corner. I really appreciate her attention to detail and honesty. The surgery was quick (about 45 minutes) and I felt hardly any pain (only when she numbed my eyelids). The surgery room had a really calm atmosphere that allowed me to relax during the surgery. I returned for my suture removal one week later. It was painless and Dr. Goretti takes her time to make sure all the sutures are out.
My experience at LEA Plastic Surgery has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Goretti has a lot of experience operating on asian eyelids and it shows in her work. I'm 2 months post op and I'm absolutely in love with my eyelids. It is one of the best decisions I've made and I'm glad I trusted Dr. Goretti to perform the procedure. I've gotten many compliments about how natural it looks and how hard it is to tell that I even when under the knife. About 2 weeks post op, I noticed a stubborn bruise that wasn't fading and I emailed her with some questions. She responded right away and made sure to follow up on the progress of the bruising during my 1 month post op with her. I also want to include that everyone in her office provides exceptional hospitality, from her receptionists to the nurses. Every time I check in for an appointment, they are always so sweet and accommodating. Nicole was the nurse that prepped me on surgery day and she answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable before the surgery. Dr. Goretti and her team run an exceptional practice and I would highly recommend anyone considering plastic surgery to see her.
