Permanently damaged my eyelids - too high, deep, and uneven

I had double eyelid surgery here and the results were beyond unsatisfactory. My eyelids came out too high, deep, and uneven. I asked for a tapered crease but she did parallel, which was not what we agreed upon. The worst part is that I can no longer close my eyes properly; they are literally open while I sleep now. I already got several second opinions from different doctors about it, and they said either too much skin or muscle was cut. Also, I was told my crease was made too high for an ideal Asian eyelid, maybe even too high for a Caucasian eyelid. I was left with thick, jagged scars, with leftover stitches sticking out of them like stubble, because she left 10 permanent stitches inside my eyelids. It was painful to even blink. She takes no accountability for her wrongdoings and comes up with all kinds of ridiculous excuses. Following up was useless because she wouldn't admit anything was wrong.

I had to get revision surgery from a different doctor, who was able to lower the high crease, remove the foreign bodies she left inside my eyelids, and revise the thick scarring. The difference in professionalism, skills, and experience was night and day.
