Double Eyelid + Ptosis Surgery

ORIGINAL POST

Double Eyelid + Ptosis Surgery

WORTH IT$5,850
Growing up, I always had to lift my forehead with my eyebrows in order to have full vision. I thought it was because I had monolids, but it turns out that I also had severe ptosis (to the point that my insurance was going to cover my ptosis surgery). I went to various consultations with reputable surgeons in CA, but I never felt fully comfortable until I had my consultation with Dr. Ho. She was patient, kind, and answered all my questions. Dr.Ho also has impeccable attention to detail. She even pointed out that I naturally raise one eyebrow higher than another, so the appearance of my eyelid height might not look the same even if they are symmetrical after surgery. I ended up choosing Dr. Ho to perform my surgery.
The day of the surgery went extremely well, and Dr Ho and her staff prepared me with aftercare tips. Throughout the week afterwards, I went into her office to get complimentary light therapy, which really helped with my bruising. The bruising and swelling was pretty bad on one of my eyelids, but I wasn't too worried because Dr.Ho said it was normal. The swelling tapered down after a month and continued to get better.
7 months later and my eyelids look incredible! No scarring, great symmetry, and no more swelling. I'm extremely happy with the results because they looks so natural. Sometimes I forget I even had the surgery done - that's how great Dr. Ho is. I'm so glad she performed my surgery, and I would undoubtedly trust her again.
P.S: Her staff, especially Ella, are always very welcoming and accommodating. I appreciate that they made the experience seamless & easy.

Did you experience redness small bumps in the incision line? Can you post some pictures?
Hi,

Can you share some pictures before and after ? Thanks
Were you able to get insurance to cover the ptosis (medical / non-cosmetic) cost of the surgery? I have tried to get the same procedure bleph + ptosis w the doctor, but held up by insurance issues.
