I had my double eyelid procedure done in December 2025, and now that it has been 6 months, I wanted to share my final and honest review for anyone considering this procedure.
The initial recovery phase was the most challenging. During the first 1–2 weeks, I experienced noticeable swelling and slight bruising. There were moments where I felt worried about how the results would turn out, but I later realized this is completely normal during the healing process.
By around 3–4 weeks, the swelling had gone down significantly, and the crease started to look more natural. However, it still took a few more months for everything to fully settle.
Now at 6 months, I can confidently say that my results look very natural and well-balanced. The crease is not overly high or dramatic, which was exactly what I wanted. My eyes appear more defined and awake, even without makeup, while still maintaining a natural look that suits my face.
Overall, I feel that the procedure was worth it. The most important thing I learned is that patience is key — the final outcome takes time, and it’s important not to judge the results too early.
