Crease too high! (Sausage double eyelid)

I'm 50yo half-Asian and did my eyelid surgery but am unhappy because the crease was done too high. So now it looks like sausage lids and is very puffy unnatural. I'm going to do a revision to lower the crease. I'm debating if I should do a ptosis levator resection (to make the muscles tighter). If anyone has had this epxrirence please let me know!
