Correction of the statement about scarring

I would like to correct the part about scarring in my original post. The medical opinions I've received so far suggest that three months is too early to judge the status of the scarring since the incision will keep healing. It's better to wait for up to six months to assess the scarring. Chances are (without guarantee) that the problems like redness, unevenness, cicatrices, etc. will improve or even disappear given enough time.

Asian Eyelid Surgery Made my Eyes Asymmetric and Scarring

Dr. Kelly (Kalliopi Vasileiadou) is NOT a listed plastic surgeon of Swiss Plastic Surgery. She is a general surgeon with a medical degree from Greece. But she markets herself as an aesthetic surgery specialist.
I did this eyelid surgery with Dr. Kelly mainly because she claimed that she had one year's training in Singapore for Asian-type eyelid surgery, which is not very common in Switzerland. However, three months after the surgery, the result is totally not what I expected.
The comparison photo shows my eyes before the surgery, two weeks, two months, and three months after the surgery. The annotated photo shows the problems on my eyelids:
1. Asymmetry
Before the surgery, my eyes are basically symmetric with narrow creases. I told Dr. Kelly that my expectation was to adjust the creases a bit higher and deeper, like in most Asian double eyelid surgeries. But now my eyes are obviously asymmetric. The crease on the right eyelid is too high at the inner corner, while the crease on the left eyelid is gone. Now my eyes look hideous compared to before.
2. Incision opening
The incision on my right eyelid was not handled well. The cut was rough and deep. After removing the suture, there were two openings in the incision. My right eyelid was swelling and bruising much more severely than the left eyelid, as shown in the "2 weeks after" photo. I've been using disinfection medicine and scar cream as instructed after the surgery, but it took almost two months for the openings to close up.
3. Scarring
After three months, the incisions on my eyelids are still red, uneven, and swollen, especially on the right eyelid. The previous openings are turning into cicatrices. When I touch the incision, I can feel the hard lump underneath. I'm worrying that the scar will persist and leave red marks.
After the surgery, I told Dr. Kelly several times about my concerns about the incision and asymmetry, but she kept telling me to wait for a longer time. She said that the correction surgery is always free, but I lost trust in her. I requested a refund but was ignored, just as their imprint states "We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board."
I've written to authorities but it seems that Dr. Kelly can just be exempt from the responsibility for my trauma and loss caused by this surgery. I'm sorry to say this, but the whole thing is a real shock to me. What about the so-called world-class Swiss cosmetic surgery quality? What about the Swiss regulations?
