Was wishing to enlarge breasts from A cup to C...

Was wishing to enlarge breasts from A cup to C using Saline Implants. My initial experience with Dr Hodgkinson was positive. Although the consultation was short he seemed very self-assured and confident in his abilities, which gave me confidence. As I lived interstate I flew into Sydney for only one initial consultation then didn't see him again until right before the surgery. One thing I did find a bit unusual was that when I initially phoned to make an enquiry about an augmentation I was told he was booked out for several months and the price was $14k. Then I had a phone call back from the 'salesperson' to say, "great news the doctor has had a cancelled nose job and he can fit you in in a matter of weeks, AND for this month only he's running a one-off special where the cost is only $12k if make a deposit immediately". She did put the pressure on and persisted with phone calls to get me to commit to the date and paying the deposit. It was a hard sell when this was the first doctor I had ever contacted regarding an augmentation and I had never even had a consultation. I was told if I didn't book this date the wait would be several months. How lucky that even though I had only called for the first time that day, I was at the top of the waiting list.
My first genuinely negative experience was three days after my surgery when I had flown home. The burning, searing pain was so severe that no amount of painkillers could reduce it. I desperately phoned the number I had been given and was unable to speak to the Dr. Instead I spoke to a rather stern nurse who insisted the pain was not usual, she didn't know why I had it, and that I should take more painkillers and call back tomorrow if it continued. The pain did continue for months on and off, varying in severity. I called so many times I lost count. I never got a straight answer about what it was and I never once spoke to the Doctor. I believe it was nerve damage. Regardless this was not my main concern (although it was debilitating and I had to take extended time off work) - my primary concern was that after the bandages came off my breasts were not in the correct position and had 'bottomed out' quite significantly. It was bad enough that I booked flights to see Dr Hodgkinson and send several photos. To me, and anyone who has seen my breasts, they have obviously bottomed out immediately or shortly after surgery. Any discussions with Dr Hodgkinsons office were met with a very cold, dismissive response that I didn't know what I was talking about and that it was simply swelling. I was treated in such a way that I have never contacted his office again. I would never allow him to do corrective surgery (not that he or his staff ever offered or admitted that the surgery didn't go according to plan). I feel the unethical and cold way I was treated shows a complete inability to admit his wrongdoing or show any compassion towards an unhappy patient.
