So I've just come back from a holiday with a weight gain of 3 kilos (not happy about that) but I still look good unlike before surgery when I would gain weight I would look really bad. My stomach is still flat and I still have a thigh gap but I just feel and look a little fuller (and I lost my abs). No biggie I'm about to get back into training so I'll look fit again soon.

Yeah they have reduced significantly after the injections, I don't think I'll need to go back for more

I was veryyyyyy swollen for about 8 days especially in my lower legs, no sorry I'm not sure how much he took, how are you feeling pain wise ?

pain wise i am fine, it's not exactly painful, just stiff, annoying and numb, i can't walk completely normal, I'm not swollen in lower legs, just upper thigh area where he did it, my thighs look triple in size!

That's good you're not it pain it makes it to much easier trust me, the swelling is annoying but will slowly start to go away, just hang in there !!!

can I see 2 month pic? Any changes? I am at 6 weeks and as soon as I have taken the garment off I am swollen again.

I was swollen aswell that's normal at first, make sure you drink lots of water.

I can't believe tomorrow is 6 weeks, this has been such a great journey and I'm so happy I took it.
I haven't told many people what I did as I'm only 18 and people will say things like 'you don't need that' 'your body is still changing' (which isn't true I stopped growing at 16).
Today I have my last check up at the clinic for my photos and I'm getting ppr injections for the scar tissue in my lower abdomen.
One thing I have to say is the dedication the staff I'm cosmos clinic has been incredible. I know someone who had major surgery at another place and they only had one check up after 6 weeks. Every week I went back to cosmos for a massage and saw DR Ajaka a few times aswell. The staff are just so lovely !

Thanks cosmos for changing my life, I've never been so happy, confident and motivated to continue to work on myself and work hard to become the best version of myself.
