I had twins 5 years ago and have wanted to get a tummy tuck but haven't had the courage to do it. After doing a lot of research recently, I decided to schedule a consultation with Dr. Walding. When I met with him, I felt very comfortable and could tell that he had a genuine desire to help people. I decided to make an appointment right away and that has proven to be the best decision of my life. Today, I look in the mirror and can't believe that this is my body! He did a better job than I ever could have expected and I am extremely grateful!

Thank you. I had such a good experience i am so glad i that i had so much luck to find such a amazing doctor. At first i wasn't sure about posting pictures of my body, but dr walding did such a good job that i had to share it with everyone. Its very hard to find a good dr and trust somebody with with that decision. I am so glad i did.

Hi Do you mind me asking, did you also have diastasis? (separation of stomach muscles) How was the recovery? I am considering and am scared to death!
I did. I had twins and my muscle separation was very bad. I was very scared and at first i didn't want to do it,i just wanted the tummy tuck.am so glad i did. It really didn't hurt as much as i thought. I took the pain meds just 3 day and i took muscle relaxer for 3 weeks. That helped alot. It doesn't hurt as much but you feel it pull and its uncomfortable. I was sleeping on a recliner for almost 2 weeks, that helps alot. Make sure your wear a belly support. I got mine from amazon for $12. I used to do crossfit and that helped alot as far as siting down , i used my legs to pull me up or sit down. Now i am 7 werks post op and i start working out again. Is so worth it even if you down for few week and the pain. If you have any questions feel free to message me.
