How do I delete a review and rewrite it to make more sense?

I would like to do updates on all the dentist seperately. So, I want to delete this one huge essay because its confussing.

Will update after I get back from Dentist

I'm going to do a You Tube on the next dentist and upload it if the dentist will be OK with that.

I had some yellowing on my front teeth but my teeth are perfect shape. I have professionally bleached my teeth for years but they just got too sensitive to bleach anymore, so I heard about a dentist where I used to live (He has moved to Michigan.) who did cosmetic bonding. I loved it and it made me look like a movie star.
Fast forward, I moved and years go by and I can not get any dentist to do the same procedure where I live now. I spent over $800 two years ago --going to every dentist in town. They wanted to do Veneers. I do not need nor want Veneers. The receptionist at all the dentist offices told me the dentist did cosmetic bonding whitening ---but when I got there, they made me pay for office visits, and some wouldn't see me until I had my teeth cleaned, in which I did, $70....and paid $150 for some X-rays. Every where I went they wanted an office visit fee just to tell me they didn't do bonding for whitening. $100 office visit here and $125 office visit there. One place cost $165 office visit but wanted me to pay $125 for X-rays. I told them I just had some X-rays done but he wanted his own....so I let him but he didn't charge me for the X-rays but I had to pay for an office visit. Only one dentist didn't charge me because he didn't do anything but crowns. I had three small fillings done at one dentist office for $250...but two fell out --and the dentist that did it left-- and the new dentist would not redo them....so.... It is ridiculous having to pay as much as I did and get nothing done but just talking about what they do not do. I got lots of exams but no dental work. Then, was pressured into other options like crowns and Veneers. My teeth are perfectly shaped and do not hurt, so why would I option for something so drastic and fake looking? Money? Well, after spending over $800 and visiting every dentist in town, I'm exhausted. I need to travel to a real cosmetic dentist who does what the receptionist say they do. I felt like I was baited and switched. If anybody knows of any cosmetic dentist in the Dothan, Alabama area....I will travel up to 400 miles. Thank you, and smile! :)

I would like to post the names of the dentist that I remember that were really bad: EDITED: I had to take all the dentist names off this post because I am blacklisted and it goes beyond just dentist. Dr ........, Dr....., Dr ......, Dr ...... The gatekeepers lied to me and the dentists charged me for a consult while he did not do the procedure that I wanted (cosmetic bonding)..... all from Dothan, Alabama. I am driving over five hours out of town o have a couple thousand dollars worth of dental work done middle of the month. I think they have me in a database somewhere saying I'm a hard client or something because I've never been so mistreated by any professional Dr before. I called around a couple months ago for a dentist to call me back for a tooth extraction. I called eight different places and only one called me back. One recording said not to leave a message because they would not call you back. Duh! Why have a mean recording if you don't intend on calling back patients. If these dentist don't get a grip on their front office management, they will not have a very profitable practice treating potential patients like that. I am a half Hispanic/ German woman in my mid thirties. I don't remember the dentist name that did the good job. He moved years ago to Michigan. All the dentist in Dothan AL charge like we live in a big city. I paid $1,000 for a crown over a dental implant that was not sealed so I went to another dentist and paid almost $1500 for a new crown that he guarente, but six months later he would not re-do it. I've lost all confidence in the dentist in my area. Dr.......... charged me $1,500 for one crown over one implant. Dr ....... retired but he charged me $150 for Xrays and a consult no cleaning. Just ripped me off on his way out the door to retirement..... I spent over $800 just going from dentist to dentist, and all I got was a bunch of bait and switch on the phone and a billed for a lot of dumb consults instead of getting down to business and working on my teeth. I've had the worse luck in dentist, but when you have a movie star natural smile it's hard to watch one dentist at a time ---ruin your teeth with oversized crowns that look like a huge piece of gum in my mouth an then dental disease got under it...OMG! Then, I paid over $20,000 for one side of my mouth to try to save my teeth. fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, gum scaling, and they said my teeth kept splitting after about six root canals, costing $650--$700 I give up!!!?? idk what that means...Next, I had them pulled and it was like a string of lights going out (perfect white teeth were pulled) from next to ---the huge bubble gum looking tooth. I didn't know why every time I had one tooth pulled, the next one would start hurting. So some dentist talked me into getting my gum line scaled or something. Now I don't have a foundation for any dental implants. So I have to have an operation to put back my gum line foundation and wait months for it to heal---and all the while, I am still in severe pain under the gum line. What i finally figured out that I needed was a simple LANAP procedure on the top one side of my mouth around $600-$800 instead of $20,000. So yes, I am pissed off and I hate dentist. Now, my problem is trusting a dentist to help me fix everything back. I'm a good person. I pay my bills and I never left a dentist holding the bag. The whole thing happened when I went to a dental clinic that was $40 cheaper than a reg dentist because this dentist was just out of school and new and was a customer of mine. Never compromise your teeth for a dentist you like and trust but they don't feel the same way about you by doing terrible work because all hey want is your money. If you go to a dentist who has bad teeth and not a beautiful friendly smile and great personality, then they prob won't make you happy with their work. If a dentist is a true cosmetic dentist, they would totally enjoy helping you get that smile and you will know it by the way they make you feel. Trust has to be earned. When I was younger, I got the best dental care. As time went on...the dentist started getting short tempered, fast, not into whether or not they pleased me. Just making major mistakes at my expense. Shameful. Dr Dollar is not the worst dentist I've been too but for some reason his name is on the top. If I can't get his name off, I will rewrite the whole post. I don't have anything against Dr Dollar. I had the work redone and it was worse. I realize after watching lots of You Tubes that these dentist either didn't use the proper tools and implements because they don't keep up with the newest techniques or they don't care? I wish I could write a good review. Sorry Dr Dollar but I wasn't trying to throw you under the bus. Does it really matter since he retired? Yes. I think we should have control of our post and not left up to editors behind working for this website.
