Ah, thank you Lovely :) He's so clever isn't he! I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. He makes dreams a reality :) xx
Looks amazing and super natural. And it still fits your face! Like the same you, just improved. Congrats :)
Thank you. Each day it starts to feel more familiar. I think each day I like it more it feels more like "me" :)
Already your new looks great on you. Under that swelling and still-healing skin is your new nose, and it's only going to get prettier by the day. Best of luck!
Ah, thank you for your kind comments :)
Thank you. He's such a talented surgeon. Never thought I would ever have a "nice" nose. Really happy :)

Cast coming off today :))

Finally I am getting my cast off today! :)) I cannot wait. I have had it on for 12 days! I've only been out in public twice, makes me really uncomfortable people looking at me! Had a couple of children point and laugh. I completely understand why, I have children of my own, I know they are only curious and in all honesty it does look odd. But it does make me feel silly, I'm a quiet and generally shy person anyway so that doesn't help.
And of course I cannot wait to see the big reveal! :) I will post pics later. Ooooo, I'm excited!

Ah, thank you. I'm really happy with it! I look terrible today, going to post pics tomorrow :))
Hope you're okay and very happy xx
your nose looks beautiful. i have serious nose envy!

i've had two unsuccessful rhinoplasties now and the revision has left my nose deformed, which has dented my confidence. i am thinking of going with dr marando but not sure how much his surgeries cost. do you mind me asking how much he was? thanks so much

Day 6

Feeling so much better in general now :) Most of the swelling has gone and just left with some yellow/greenish bruising which goes all the way to my jaw line. I had to go back to the ward yesterday to get some new plaster tape put back over. I had peeled off the other strip. It had become so itchy and sore underneath I couldn't stop fiddling and rubbing lol. And I also had a huge blood scab in my right nostril that looked awful and I could see my left nostril was going down in size nicely but the right was was bigger due to the scab inside preventing it from closing in. The nurse said it would be fine to clean it gently with cotton bud, cooled boiled water and gave me gauze to clean with too. Need to be careful as I have stitches around my septum and nostrils. It's now so much better! I can see the shape starting to come out............ exciting! :)) I have my check up tomorrow. I'm not sure I'll be getting my cast off as Mr Cadier had said previously I would need it on a minimum of 7 - 10 days, even 14, due to the extent of the work I have had done. I would love it if it does come off tomorrow but I'm not very hopeful. Just have to keep in mind it's the end results that are the all so important thing! :)

Hang in there. My PS had me in the splint for 10 days. It gets really bothersome and annoying towards the end. But it'll be worth it. In fact, i'm supposed to tape a splint on my nose when I sleep for an while to keep it healing straight. I can't disagree with that. Anyway, good luck!
Looking great!, can really see the shape coming through!...I really want to clean mine it's really cloggy...I had a better night last night, still feeling sick quite a lot but I think that's due to not eating much...slept better though which is good. You look like you've washed you're hair, how did you manage that? Mine is horrible really want to wash it somehow...can't get tummy or face wet tho and stretching is a bit of an issue...x
