4-5 weeks out

Just waiting now. I have been exercising regularly and drinking at least. 1.5 litres of water a day. My inner thighs seem to be streamlining a bit but I'm not sure if it is wishful thinking. I'll update at the 8 week mark with photos

Wow feeling it

So I'm about a week out from my abdominal session and I'm experiencing the worst stabbing nerve pain. It comes and goes but I find it worse in the evening so I have been taking panadol so I can sleep. It feels like really bad sunburn, tight and painful skin when I move or touch it. I'm also really bloated and swollen. Hoping this goes away soon it's putting me in a terrible mood.

My motivation for getting coolsculpting was to eliminate my inner thighs touching by reducing the fat. I also had my stomach done over three sections to reduce my mummy tummy.
The first area I had treated was the inner thighs. The doctor used the curved head for this, both legs.
The procedure itself was quite easy. Minor discomfort experienced with the initial suction of the device and the pinch. The cooling starts and the area goes numb after about 4-5 mins. I just watched TV and played with my phone. I was very comfortable and relaxed. At the 60 minute mark the device was removed and I was left with a large red frozen section that the doctor massaged back down for a good. 2 minutes. I then had the other leg completed.

I returned the following week to treat my abdominal area. I had two sections done vertically on either side of my belly button then had the flat piece placed in the middle vertically covering my belly button and upper abdominal area. Since the procedure I have experienced interment pins and needles in the areas. For the first few days after the procedure the area remained numb but tender to the touch. I wouldn't call it painful at all, more of a discomfort.

My weight is 63 kg and height is 168cm. I fit in an Australian size 10. I exercise 2-3 time a week (Running or pump classes ) I going to amp up the exercise over the next few weeks though to hopefully compliment the treatment and get faster/better results. I'll post updates over the new few weeks.
