Ive opted for TT, breast implants, BBL and lipo. After my first child in 1992 ive had stretch marks never able to show my abdomen. even with exercise ive been unsuccessful at getting rid of this pannus. Iwould hv to be 120 lbs and the last time I was that wt I still had the flat flap hanging over the pubis. Yuk. Im temped to ask for upper thigh lipo as well, my thighs feel stuck together always an inferno bt those land slides. Well with this surgery i hope to at least show some belly!! I has three Dr in mind Mañon, Mota and Saba. Ive chosen Dr. Saba. A friend of mine had Dr Mañon she looks fantastic! ive got family and friends praying for me. Amen!

Wishing you the best! I'm 42 myself. Similar situation... 1st child in 1992 via csection, left with the hangover and horrible stretch marks. Is Dr. Saba in the DR? Can't wait to see your progress and so very happy for you!!

I'm so incredibly excited to see your results because our shapes are eerily similar. And we are same age and had first child in the same year. Lol, we are twins, so please please post your experience as I'm going 1st week of April to DR
