9 weeks post op

I've stopped wearing my faja or in my case waist trainer. Might start again later. I find I itch more with it plus I was starting to developed a rash from the material of the waist clincher not being breathable. Loving my results.

8 WEEKS POST

Ok ladies so today I am 8 weeks post op or 2 months. Time has really flown by. I had been afraid to do any major exercising since I had a tummy tuck. I do feel that now I should be capable for starting off slowly. As far as my diet I pretty much eat whatever I want. I actually gained a few pounds after surgery, I believe I was up to 176. As today I am 169. Those few pounds have made absolutely no difference. I do notice that my thighs are wayyyyy bigger than they where before surgery. Cant even fit my favorite pair of jeans anymore. EVERYONE is amazed at how fantastic I look. Even my family that was against me going to the DR for surgery. So glad I chose Dra Robles. I am very happy with my results. The rest is on me now. I do wish my butt was bigger, guess I forgot what it looked like before. I plan on doing a squat challenge soon to help with that. My tummy is going down more and more. I was worried at one point that a had a seroma or fluid build up in my lower belly above the incision but that has pretty much resolved on its own. Robles does recommend wear a garment for up to 8 weeks so technically I can stop. I plan to ordering waist trainer in a size XS. Right now I am wearing a size S(34). My waist is measuring at 29 inches and that was taken just now at 11 at night. I only take it off to shower. If I go for a walk I'll wear a sweat band. Lipoed areas on sides get stiff from time to time and I feel almost like pinching like pain. The area where I had lipo is still hard and my skin is darker there. Any recommendations for that?

5 weeks and 4 days

so ladies not much hang changed. still swollen. stay away from high sodium foods because you can deff see the difference when it comes to swelling. i try not to obsess over it because i know with time it will go away. Im getting ready to order another garment again. The one I have is getting lose and its hurts near the thigh area so keep that in mind when order anything the extends past the thighs. This past week I did not get any massages due to moving. I think they help a lot so im starting twice a week again. The therapist also showed me at home techniques to help with the swelling and knots. I live in Louisiana and pay $65 per session so please sit aside money for this after surgery. I'll be honestly with me being close to six weeks I thought my swelling would be practically gone. Guess I can only blame myself. I need to start being more active and eating better. Robles did her part now its my turn. I am still taking my vitamins and drinking at least 3 liters of water a day. So far I am very happy with my results. When i go out in public the attention I get it crazy. And just think I am still really swollen. The results are there. My friends are in love with my new body. Trying not to go crazy with shopping lol.
