Surgery was not what i expected... i expected it to be terrible and was never ever a problem. I never woke up at all... the had to wake me up (lol) after surgery the nurse kept saying "wake up mommy, time to wake up". My pain level was about a 6-7 ( not that bad) I was in my faja and couldn't believe my stomach was gone. The next day tho.... my drain had my back on FIRE.... but I took the pain for 8 long days. If I ever went back for round 2 Dr ferreras is my choice...again!!!!

Here in the states I always hear not to wear the faja until 2-4 weeks later ..... is it totally different in DR?

Yes. You have to wear it to get rid of fluid and to mold your body.

good luck! I stayed at new life recovery with massiel trust me she s the best place to stay. they have the chamber there and also she s able to give u a paper if u have fmla at ur job. basically I got all my money back I paid for the recovery house!!!!
