I forgot this part. So because I insisted on oxygen and IV ,because I thought I was honestly dying...The nurses brought it to me..Dr Diaz visited me the next day and told me all was well,& that I could discontinue using both, but I refused for him to take the Oxygen and IV away, because again I thought I might die lol. So he smiled and said ok if it makes you feel better, you can stay on it....So Im chillin in room a few hours later watching tv etc when my fav nurse comes in & says to me laughin "Mami its all in your head"..So Im like huh??? I totally ignore her and then a few hours later it hits me what she was saying. That's when I notice my oxygen was off and the IV was not dripping. Dr Diaz tricked me, so that I would get mentally strong.. Im sitting there like a damn fool with oxygen in nose with NO air coming out and a needle in my arm that drips every hour..He is too funny for that one, but hey it's what I needed at the time..Love him for that...

Thanks Doc, me love you long time. I love that he gave me natural curves. My body is not over exaggerated, just right and hubby loves it..Even though I lost a few pounds, I stayed in my same pants size, just the waist is too small. Dr. Diaz is very professional, speaks excellent English, communicates in a timely manner, still to the day...Things I learned on this journey: It's imperative that you wear the damn faja 24/7 for the first 3months.n My butt looks bigger in the faja....A lil trick I learned after spending $300 on 2 fajas within a few days. Buy a larger one to accommodate your hips, butt and thighs. just get the waist tailored. I had no choice but to buy another stage 2 faja, because the first stage 2 almost killed my vajayjay...THe pain was unbearable,, it was cutting into my skin.... I love my $150 Disenso D Prada ref #11052 it fit my long torso..It took 2 people in the store to squeeze my ass in it, but once it was on, I was comfortable.Do Not get hung up on sizes...Even though my faja was a Large, I had in taken in twice at the waist. Also lymphatic massages are a MUST!!! and very expensive..Usually around $50 per session(NYC) and you will need around 10.. I experienced swelling in my lower back and ankles..I'm ok now, but my ankles still blow up occasionally. I went to a few massage therapist and they all compliment my scar,and they work he did. I also suggest taking off from work for 3-4 weeks. I only did 3 weeks and I was stiff and sore. I wish I had the extra week to recover. My PCP was also happy. Due to the Blood transfusion I've had my blood tested twice for HIV, Hepatitis A&C. I am still wearing both my 1st and 2nd stage faja, Just because I heard from a few people that you should wear it for 6-12months for best results..I will also buy a vest. Do not get hung up on post op supplies. There is a pharmacy on every corner in D.R. If you can.. buy some amoxicillin to take back home.lol..Save you future trips to doctor for sore throats etc...Also you will need extra funds for the unexpected like 3days of Iron treatments $150 total, blood transfustion$200 I believe? Plus if you have to upgrade seat on flight, or change flight, or need to buy [RS bleep] out in D.R, or need to change RH due to drama etc..The possibilities are endless. Just be prepared and be realistic on your expectations..I wish all you dolls well and feel free to hit me up with any question...Peace & Love...
