I'm back and it's finally going down!

So I had to put off my journey because I found out that I was pregnant. Now that I've had my baby girl I'm ready to refocus. So, deposit was made and Medina confirmation my date of January 30th! I've been researching recovery houses and spoke with the owners of DivaDolls International today. I'm leaning towards them and I plan to secure my recovery house by next Friday. Now I'm working on my checklist of supplies and focused on getting back into the gym eating right to lose all this weight that I keep blaming on the baby! So excited!!!!

Ive been a real self stalker for a year now. After reading countless reviews, blogs and watching videos and photos, I finally decided to go with Dr. MEDINA. I will be making my deposit within the next two weeks. I'm tempted to send off 1/2 of the $$$$. Does anyone have experience with that? Thoughts? Looking for a buddy flying out of NY this December (I'd like to have surgery around the 7th). Please follow and help a sister out..... until next time.

Will do! I want to be back before the hoilidays. My birthday and my daughter's bday are Dec.5 & 6. So right after that.she told me the 8 was open and I'll be making my deposit to confirm this week...I'll let you know when that's done. Then all of this becomes real!

I will have my blood work done Monday before my Iron infusion I will keep u posted I'm sure my hemoglobin levels went down because my lady is in town but the infusion should being it back up
Ok so I had my blood work done today and my hemoglobin levels dropped big time it was 12.4 and because my lady came to town it's 11.6 now I'm like wow so I'm getting a infusion today and Wednesday and next Monday God welling it will be good before I leave
Oh no!! Im sure it'll go back up. What is an iron infsion? I'm anemic .....that worries me. How are you able to check before leaving again
A iron infusion is a bag of iron they put in your blood through IV I go to a hematologist They check my levels every time I come so after I get the infusion I'm gonna ask them to check it again for me

Congrats on taking a step toward doing something for you. :) I'm scheduled for July and I hope that my journey helps prepare you for your future journey. If I were you, I'd just send the $300 deposit and bank the rest. Life can be unpredictable in 6 months. You never know, you may have to reschedule as some girls have. Also look into what recovery house you want to stay at. I'm not sure about all of them but My Home Recovery requires a $75.00 deposit as well. I hope this helps! :)
Thanks for the advice and you're right ....things may change so I'll just do the $300. I'll be following you and wish you the best! I guess my next steps are lab work Andi have to start listing and taking my vitamins. How soon before surgery do lah results need to be sent to her? Do we do it again right before leaving? She told me to start taking the iron 6 weeks prior to surgery but I started last week. I'm a little less that 8 weeks on the count down. Stop taking multivitamins 2 weeks prior to surgery because it contains Vitamin E which can increase bleeding and cause the bruising to be worst. My family practitioner said that it is good to do your medical clearance 1 month prior to surgery to check your blood, heart, and overall health. That way you can take extra precautions if necessary. Some girls struggle with there HGB so they have to increase their iron intake. My HGB is 13.1 but I need it to be at 14 cause I'm having multiple procedures, so I've started my supplements a little early. Don't worry Dra. Medina will walk you through all the way. :)
