Got my passport yesterday...passports can take 3-8 weeks to recieve depending on delays..expedited service is available for an extra charge..Dont wait until the last minute...I'm a huge procrastinator, but not on this trip..nope! Lets get it!!

Well Ladies, im going to write the review i wish someone would have written during my journey, something not too lengthy, informative, and real. Yes some girls have written some awesome reviews with some great information, but many reviews are on Dr. Yily De los Santos, or Dr. Duran. I think Fatima Almonte is newer to the scene so she does not have as many pics or anything too much for that matter. I wont show my face in my review because im really not comfortable with that. My family does not know im having surgery and i just want everyone who see's my new body to think "I WOKE UP LIKE THIS" LOL!! ok..so, first things first. Im anemic meaning my iron level has always been low. Normal iron levels in the US are 11-13. I have heard you have to at least be at 14 to have surgery in DR because they deduct 2 points? not sure but that has been the noted on almost all the reviews i have read. Therefore, I am taking Blood Builder by Mega Food, and a supplement called Hema-Plex by Natures Plus. I know many girls are taking a full regimen of pills daily to get their iron levels up, but when i went online and read the reviews for blood builder i felt it would be a perfect supplement for me. i found out about hema-plex by going to the local health food store and telling them i needed to increase my iron levels because i was anemic and when he pointed to the Hema-Plex it was like the sky opened up for me...i was like..yeeeessssss! needless to say i purchased it for $12.45, it is a 30 day supply. one pill a day. The blood builder was about $45 for 180 pills. 1 pill a day. i intend to double up on my iron pills about 30 days before surgery. i also intend to have my hemoglobin(iron) levels checked again 30 days pre-op because when they were last checked i was at 10.9! which is not good! also one good tip before i end this first review.... i noticed that the capsule pills work best for me. The Hema-Plex is a capsule type pill, basically when i pop the pill in my mouth, i dont automatically taste that nasty bitter taste in my mouth, i can drink it down with water and taste nothing. unfortunately the blood builder is a regular tablet but i just took one and couldnt taste anything on my tongue. i noticed when i purchased the regular iron pills from Wal mart, it made me nauseas and i didnt want to take the pills, therefore, i would miss several days and be mad at myself. my suggestion is to simply find a capsulated iron pill or take the pills i suggested above if your like me when it comes to that nasty taste in your mouth. Another pill i take is the Cape Aloe, pill. I do not poop everyday..i never have, but i know its pivitol for your weight loss. I take this pill daily and it helps me poop everyday.. i have pooped for the last 4 days in a row. Just letting you know if your irregular like me. Finally, im 225 lbs...i dont look it but trust me i am! i purchased a treadmill on Amazon because im so serious about this weight loss, im only attempting 185 lbs and i figure the last 20 can come off within about 4-5 months post op. im 5'5 but porportioned for my height. i am not getting my breast done. i have 40dd breast but most days i like them. some days i think they need to be lifted but in a bra they are the bomb.com, i figure if i have days when i like my breasts then i should just leave them be. i never have days when i like this stomach, so yes..lets go ahead and get rid of this thing right away lol...im sure you feel me on that. my goal is to look sexy and natural. i have to live with this body for another however many years and i want to be comfortable. Another reason i chose not to have a breast reduction at the same time im having a tummy tuck is because i know how hard it is to get a Faja(waist cinched) on and off. i also know that having a breast reduction makes it super hard to use your arms, from what i hear you can barely lift a jug of milk. so how exactly are you going to put your own Faja on and take it off when you get home. unless you have help. i dont have help, its only me and im not telling anyone, so i dont want to risk pulling or ripping anything, or simply risk not being able to use my Faja because i cant get it on and off..which in turn affects my ability to get this teeny tiny waist im wanting. ok...im about to post pics, comments are welcome.
