Almost a year and I feel pretty good. Went for a consultation for revision and decided not to fix it, since the process was going to be long and in three steps (3 surgeries) I do not want to risk myself again my new PS says I could have necrosis again, so I decided not to go thru...I may get a decent tattoo around the scar, not on it of course, i feel very confortable with my self, i look very good and i'm healthy. Now i'm just waiting for my breast reduction, cause they are too heavy for my small body. lol

Wow this is good to know I'm diabetic thinking about going to DRA Robles In The DR. After hearing your story may want to get it done in the US... That's very scary!!! It takes a strong women to overcome and heal herself was there a doctor who showed you how to pack it. it seems like if you went to the emergency room they would bill you, they just can't leave someone to Die????? I'm glad your ok!!!!

Althought I went thru a hell of a healing process and I have a pretty ugly scar...I need a revision...i still think it was worth it and I would do it all over...perhaps I would of done a few things differently...however it was worth it...I rather have that scar than the ugly belly I had...I feel so much more confident and beautiful...
