Hey guys/girls I'm so sorry I've been away so long but I'm here with an update & Piks! So since surgery I've pierced my body up lol. I realized after talkin with my regular doctor 2 days post surgery that I have something called dog ears. If you google dogs ears post surgery it explains what it means which a lot of people tend to get. It's the sides of your waist sticking out. After I was wondering why I kind of looked weird a asked my doctor and she reminded me of what she told me on the last visit about the dog ears. So I think I will definitely have to pay Dr. Sabala another visit this year. For that and others reasons. I'll keep u posted!

I'm loving me!! Piks!! Yay!!!

Hey girls!! Omg ok I've been sooooo busy get back to routine at home I haven't posted in a while! But I have great news and Piks! I'm loving my results so far. The scab around my stomach is gone and on my breast is almost gone. I've been using Ann Cherry's waist trainer vest that I purchased off eBay for about $65 everyday for 8+ hours a day and take it off at nite to sleep because it irritates the stitches on my breast. I still have no pain and rub mederma on my scar everyday. Best use for brand new scars! I have purchased a fajate post surgery garmet off eBay and will wear that for 6months as directed by Dr. Sabala for the ultimate results that I want. I've even started going to the gym early in the morning just to run on the treadmill and I have to say even tho I can't do a real workout for 3months just being able to use the treadmill in the morning makes me feel sooooo much better throughout the day and very energized! Ok girlies! I have to cook lol but I will post again next week! If anyone havr any questions & thinking about doing a procedure with Dr. Sabala and please don't hesitate to ask Muahzzzz:-*

When I 1st spoke with Dr. Sabala he immediately made me feel comfortable with him. I originally was booked with another doctor and a couple days before my flight I changed and decided to meet with Dr. Sabala. He came in on a Sunday to meet with me(& they're not open) to explain and answer any questions I may have about the procedures I wanted. His receptionist Genesis was there also very beautiful warm polite young woman. My surgery date was for Monday the next day because I didn't want to waste anymore time I was super nervous and excited. I came in Monday morning at 8am. I did all my labs that morning and surgery was at around 2pm. When I woke up from surgery I was in the hospital still because you have to stay at least overnight. I have to admit I wasn't not in any type of pain at all. The feeling was a little uncomfortable but definitely not pain. My friend and I shared a room because we were there together and she got surgery too. We the nurse stayed in our room the whole night and assisted us with anything we needed. I woke up around 7am and the doctor was there at 8am. I was ready to get up and start walking around because I did feel cramped like I been in the same spot for too long. He came checked out my stitches and told me everything was fine on top of how I felt which was great and glad it was over and I could start my new journey with my new body! I didn't stay in the recovery house but the nurse came to where I was staying every morning for the whole time I was there. She sponged me down and gave me a massage every morning at 10am. By the 3rd day I was up moving, cooking feeling great! Friday we went back for a check up and I have to say my body is looking wonderful. He did everything I asked him nothing was impossible and if it was unhealthy he let me know. I love the way his stitches came out. You could tell that I won't have a big scar across my stomach or around my nipples. He did a tummy tuck, breast life and lipo to my sides and stomach and I feel great 4 days post surgery! I will definitely recommend him to everyone! He's a great doctor and I never felt like he was trying to just take my money. Him and his staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you Dr. Sabala! :-*
