Bad ???? body before Almonte
After children and weight loss... My before picture speaks for itself... BUT I still look good girl!!!
My current physique might be besties with gravity but my self esteem is on point and I carry it well in cloths.
I still want to loose about 10lbs to achieve the body I once had that matches my attitude towards life. I'll post again in a few months to document my successful weight loss before my surgery.

I've been stalking the page for a while now......
I've been stalking the page for a while now... reading the reviews and admiring pics. Finally, I've decided to go ahead and began my posts.
Scared and brave at the same time, I've decided to take the journey to the Dominican Republic to be in love with ME even more, LOL!! Taking a systematic approach to plan my journey, I've confirmed my Dra. - Fatima Almonte and my date - March 23,2014.... I CANT WAIT!!! I have 2 travel buddies that are solid as a rock and we all will make the big transformation with Dra. Almonte together. I can't wait to meet Dra. Almonte and Leslie, whom have been on point with customer service from day one.
Reviewing my list and checking it twice... Got the Dra. and date. Started taking my vitamins a month ago and will continue until surgery to ensure I hit the hemoglobin of13 and above. Starting to get small stuff like supplies out of the way as well - don't wanna miss a beat. Next plan of attack is flights and passport.
I'm a little over 3mths away from resurrecting my pre-pregnancy body. EAGER AS HELL, I am counting down like crazy! YES BABY IT'S ALL ABOUT ME!! GET THIS FAT OFF MY BACK, HANDLES OFF MY SIDES AND MOVE THE GUT TO THE BUTT !!
As women we always do everything for others and rarely for ourselves. I'll document my journey and post before and after pictures for review, updating as often as I can. hopefully my experience will have a positive effect on someone reading to take time out for yourself.
