I’ve decided to finally post my experience! I have decided to do my surgery in the Dominican Republic with Dr. Jesús Abreu Montero. I have over a hand full of friends that have had surgery with him and I hear he is the BEST! I’ve been in contact with him via email and WhatsApp and he has been very responsive.
About 2 weeks ago I was almost going to switch to have Dra. Walkiris Robles do my surgery. I did extensive research and I read up on the clinic she does surgery at. Several people have died there so that freaked me out!
Dr. Jesus Abreu is a bit higher but I feel safe with him.
My surgery is scheduled for Friday November 14th. I will be in DR till December 1st as the DR told me I have to be there a minimum of 20 days for the work I am having done. I will stay in the clinic for 2 days and then at my family home in the capital.
I will keep you folks posted on status etc.

Hi, good luck! My sx it will November 18 with Dra. Almonte! Your Dr is very good too! I saw his work with fiends on mine! But don't be panic but in both clinic people had died! My family also live in la capital! Hope to see ur results!!

@estrellita05 Did you read about these deaths at these clinics in an article? Or word of mouth? If In an article can you tell me which one ? I have been trying to get as much information on surgery places as I can.

Yes! I saw in The dominicans news! And also my family in Santo Domingo saw it! But not only one few persons died in that clinic! Dr. Cabral work there and he had few pt dead! And Duran also has and was in March of this year! The reason of the dead is unclear! But your Dr is very good Dr, is very spencive but good!! You said that you have family in Santo Domingo too?

Oh ok I was looking on the internet for articles on Dr abreu pt death but I didn't come across any. I know he had been involved in something as far as losing a pt bk in 98 or 2003 but I can't find any news on it. I did find things on Dr. Cantal and Dr Duran. I agree with you Dr Abreu is expensive but I was pleased with his work in the past so I just decided to go back to him. No I have no family in Santo Domingo.. I wish :/ it would be much easier!!

I have to agree, Ive done extensive research on DR Abreu and havent come across any death on his research?

Had my yearly blood work done that my insurance requres. DR said everything look perfect, she gave weight-loss medicine called Qsymia, anyone tried them? Feedback??

The non-generic brand is called Phentermine! And yes I've tried them. They are a great appetite suppressant :).
