Sorry I haven't posted anything I've been really focused on my recovery. I am now back home. My view on all of this is Good and bad.
1st off the recovery house
The recovery house was great! I stayed at Virginias. All the nurses their were great! The food was really good. I have a few things that I did not like which was one some of the beds don't work well. And the living room has no ac so it can get super hot.
Money!!! Ladies be prepared to bring an extra $1000 bucks they insist u buy so much more stuff and do oxygen treatments which I think should be included in the package and posted as mandatory. They will pressure you and even feel you that you should borrow money from family :/ I don't think I would have made it without my recovery house buddies! It's great to have one another for support!
After this surgery you will be bent and walking around hunch for like two weeks and you will be emotional! The lipo feels like a burning sensation and then it turns into a whole bunch of sore nots on your back. I've lost some of the feeling there
Now after care I'm really upset about. I left with both drains. Dr. Robles didn't even see me prior to me leaving. I have been complaining about a lot of pain on my front drain site and no one has really paid attention to it. Now I woke up this morning with a lot more pain and puss coming out of the drain site. They keep saying that it's skin that's on the inside but when I push on it its hard and tender and white puss comes out. To this point all they've said is to clean it with alcohol and put gauze in. I don't feel like they are taking me seriously or providing support. So you are on your own when you leave.
Over all I think I would say if you can get the same results in the states then STAY HERE! Nothing is worth someone putting your health on the back burner!!!
As far as results my butt looks the same but I'm still swollen

Day 1 post op
Well I made it to the other side. What can I say but that I am definitely emotional and wondering if this was all worth it. I'm so uncomfortable and I miss my kids and my husband beyond words. I have to walk bent over and it hurts a lot. I haven't seen my body full mirror yet so I'm not quite sure of what I look like. I have a photo of my stomach.
Be prepared ladies! When u get here they are gonna to add on oxygen treatments that are $100 each and on top of that all these creams and stuff . Your pretty much spending another $1000 on extra things that they say is a must. I'm wondering what I got myself into. Over all it is not a good day. I just want to God to make all of this better. I definitely need some support

Pushed the date
So my surgery date got pushed to tomorrow :( I got hives from stressing so the doctor said when we need to push it to tomorrow until that settles.
So far I think Dr. Robles is Wonderful! She is honest and strait forward but also kind and understanding. I think a lot of the problems ppl tend to have when they come here is the language barrier. Not understanding each other can make for a very frustrating situation. Also one thing I do wanna say and I was talking about this with her assistant. The RH are not hotels, those ladies are there to make sure u are ok health wise. Yes it is best of they have a great bedside manner but they also care for multiple patients. Your not on vacation here, your here for surgery so u can feel better about u. Hey but those are just my 2 cents. I may feel differently tomorrow but for now this makes sense
