Tummy Tuck, Arm Lift, BBL- Been Wanting for Years, Finally Doing It! - Dominican Republic

First, I went ahead and cancelled my surgery with Dr. Robles due to the lack of communication. Also I was able to get my hemoglobin up to a 12.6 in just a week!!!!! I started by drinking beer juice and doubling up on my iron supplements. But the biggest update is that I have switched my surgeon to Dr. Victor Gutierrez!!!! I decided to just get the armlift for now but I am I. Tijuana Mexico right now about to go into surgery in a few hours! I will write a new review on my experience here. So I guess everything worked itself out in the end!!

So I started with a hemoglobin level at a 9.7 then I received an iron infusion and was able to raise it to a 11.5.. My surgery is in a week and I am totally bummed out. I don't want to fly all the way down to the Dominican republic to get sent home without my surgery and I heard those iron shots they give you down there does not help much. I don't think I will be able to get it to raise by one whole point in a week. So I am thinking about maybe just getting the arm lift and reschedule my tummy and bbl for a later date do I can have more time to raise my iron levels even more... Anyway I sent a message to Dr. Robles assistant on advice on how to move forward because at this point I am just ready to cancel the whole trip!!! REALLY FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW.

Ok so I haven't updated my review in awhile, so I got my flight ticket! I am so excited. I listened to many other reviews and on my returning flight I made sure I arranged to be transported by wheel chair... So now I just have to finishing packing. I really cant believe that my surgery is only three weeks away!! It still seems surreal to me..... But on to my current issue which is my IRON.. So a few weeks ago I found out that my hemoglobin level was a 9.7!!! So I informed my PCP that I needed to get it up to at least a 12 before my surgery. She scheduled me to get IV iron infusion. I went for the infusion on 04/21 to only have my freaking period to start the next day!!!! I am totally freaking out!! I hope the infusion will not be in vain!! Anyway I contacted my PCP today to see if I can get my hemoglobin levels checked and possibly get another iron transfusion before my surgery date. I am really nervous that I will not be able to get my surgery and I do not want to reschedule. I am praying that all goes well and my levels have improved...
