Professional Plastic Surgery/Breast implant replacement
I had an implant replacement with Dr. Rimerez today at PPS, Miami. To begin, everything from booking, payments, phone calls and consultations were smooth. There was transparency throughout: at least I thought and until I woke up.
When I woke up, I was immediately pissed!
Here’s why:
1: Dr.Ramirez, his assistant and I agreed on 700-800cc’s. I have enough skin and tissue to accommodate this request.
2. I told Dr. Ramirez that he did not seem confident. And I was right. I could tell just by his responses that he was not enthusiastic about my requests.
3. I explained that I did not want that round slope on my breast from being under the muscle. (It’s still there and I HATE that look).
4. A breast lift is something I’ll NEVER consider bc I’ve been cut open too many times. And honestly, I like the natural drop that breast have, this is why I requested over the muscle with a BIGGER implant. I DO NOT want torpedo tiddys! Nor did I sign up to look EXACTLY the same!!!!
5. I am EXTREMELY disappointed! And I shouldn’t be; because...deep down I knew they couldn’t deliver.
6. I have no idea how many cc’s I have. I have no idea what brand implant I have. I have no idea what texture I have.
The upside:
I am grateful that I am still alive
I am grateful that I wasn’t butchered.
My pain is low.
No-one was mean to me. And I was not mean to anyone. Irritable, but not mean.
Closing remarks:
I have spoken with them to explain my disappointment. There was definitely miscommunication (that’s to be expected). But again, they have remained professional and so have I.
Right now, I do regret having the surgery. Maybe things will change in a few months. However, I highly doubt it.
I think I will leave all surgeries alone at this point. I’ve never gotten anything I’ve wanted, and I now I feel like a project or test dummy that went wrong.

To me the left side picture it's apparent that you have larger breasts. I know I was told from my PS you need to increase by 150cc to see an obvious difference. I currently have 500cc. Going behind the muscle does compress them a bit and you lose about 10-15% volume. Also they should of given you an implant card with what size you have and what they were filled too. Sorry your unhappy. I received my card at my follow up appt.

I look FANTASTIC!!!
Had SX August 11, 2016 with Dr. Cabral and I look FANTASTIC!
I had TT/BBL/CHIN AND ARM LIPO.
I am EXTREMELY sore, but my results are amazing. He even said "you have a BEAUTIFUL body". :)
I am very, happy thus far.
