31yo, 4 Kids, This Stomach HAS GOT TO GO!!! Dominican Republic, DO

Hi there RS!! This is officially my first post. I have lurked for quite some time but today Im taking the first step to post..I will be a Medina Barbie on March 18th 2015..Yay!! I have birthed 4 children vaginally..only one with an epidural. Yeah, they were all ready to come after the first one. Im 5'4 weighing 198. Im trying my damndest to stay under 200. I really don't mind my weight its just my stomach.. I have big boobs but I can deal with them. They're big but not flat and saggy. And I think even getting a lift or reduction, over time and not wearing the right bra they will eventually sag or lose the fullness..My butt is huge as well. I have read that the quote includes a full TT, full back lipo & a BBL. Trust me, I don't need a BBL..lol..I don't care what she does with the fat as long as she doesn't put it back in me! My mom says maybe I should consider just letting her smooth out my dimples..IDK..I like my butt..I JUST HATE THIS POUCH. It looks like a man's beer belly..UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! So... so far Im just thinking the full TT and full back lipo. Maybe once Im there to meet her in person ill make a more permanent decision. I don't mind posting pictures..face and all..no shame..lol..my apologies to those reading and seeing of the images you might see!! :-) I like order as well so the most frustrating part is trying to start this thing...Like, whats the first step..Ive paid my deposit and Im ready to book my flight (waiting to see if my mom is going with me)..Ive made reservations at the RH that Medina suggested. What now? Should I be taking supplements now? My surgery is the 18th. My flight lands on the 17th at like 2ish. Do I need to get a hotel for that day? Oh so many questions. I'll save them though because this post is getting pretty long..

Hope all is well with everyone! I read stories on here everyday almost. My deposit is paid. Im still happy and anxious about leaving the country..I read reviews about infections and such at recovery houses. I also see the good stories so Im remaining positive and just thinking of all that I have to do and bring to stay on the good side..Im still sticking to Dra Medina. I did receive a quote from Larry with Surgery Guys of $7695 but he said the doctor was Katherine Camilo. I haven't seen, heard or read much of her and I also have a personal friend that has went with Dra Medina and I love her results. I don't have much to say other than I wanted to give the girls that haven't had surgery motivation to stick with us! And the girls that have had surgery a prayerful happy healing.. HAVE A GREAT DAY CHICAS!!

So my flight is booked for Monday July 27th and procedures Tuesday July 28th. I never thought this day would come when I'd actually be getting this done. I paid the deposit and all months ago but kept having to reschedule my date. Stuff kept coming up and I just concluded this just wasn't meant to be. I prayed and prayed about it. Cried and cried about it and now..I leave Monday. I just cant believe it. Now Im in total disbelief but hey, when you ask God for something, be prepared for what he's about to do in your life.. TYJ! So, I went to Walmart and bought all the stuff Medina has on the list. I do feel like I have too much stuff but Id rather have too much than not enough of what I need. Im worried about stuff like getting off the plane and looking lost..lol..I know I haven't updated in a while but since this is happening NEXT WEEK..OMG!!
