Hey Girls! Here a pic of me 1 month post op. The swelling has gone done but is still there and i'm feeling so much better. I purchase an ultrasonic massager and I really feel that it has help with the swelling. I'm also wearing my faja 23 hours a day, the only time it comes off is when am taking a shower and during my massages. I think the reason my results are good were because I was close to my ideal weight. I did have a lot of lose skin but my weight was close to were I needed to be for my height.
