Mommy Makeover + BBL

I've written at length about my planned mommy makeover, but since brazilian butt lift (dominican butt lift?) is included I wanted to check in for BBL also! I feel really excited and comfortable about my surgeon (Dr. Lima) and I'm trying to lose weight ... I have 48 days til surgery! I was so grateful to find Dr. Lima and Janet because they seem to be the best in the DR and don't discriminate against dolls based on BMI. (Still, I am working SO HARD) at being the best patient I can be!)

I am hoping to go to at least 700cc (preferably 800cc) ultra or extra high profile to achieve my desired result. I tried to upload this earlier, hopefully it won't be here three times! These are my boobs right now, they're ok but I've always wanted a curvier figure and big breasts. Hoping I won't end up with modest breasts!

As a plus-size patient, I needed super talented hands to sculpt me. Dr. Lima not only reversed the damage from having two giant babies, he also improved what I had before becoming a mom. Even when I was thin and nulliparous I had abdominal laxity and tiny breasts. Now I have a flat tummy and am buxom! I'm still recovering and people who see me are shocked at how different I look. Just the removal of excess skin makes my family think I "lost all that weight" with surgery. US post-care providers have said my scars are beautiful and barely visible. Dr. Lima's kindness and rare skill are worth the trip. He has the most sincere smile. I've encountered many a plastic surgeon both in consult and in post-treatment. None made me comfortable. Lima has a warmth most lack.
