This has been a bit challenging... Ok ladies am I the only person that doesn't understand Western Union???
I sent my quote to Dr Baez... Only for Western Union to place a hold on the funds... after about a half hour on the phone it was refunded to me because they said the Fraud is so high in the DR they were looking out for my best... I was frustrated

It depends on the amount.. Also it better to go in to local western union location.. Walgreens have the western union machine.. Hope this helps
