After having my son via Csection I was left with a "pregnancy pouch and saggy breast" after 2 years of research I finally decided to take the plunge and go for a mommy makeover. I chose my doctor because of his "natural" look.
I am now 20 days post op and have returned to NJ and I am beyond happy with my results. The service at the clinic is amazing, his staff very attentive, and the doctors work is so neat as he is a perfectionist.
I am IN LOVE with my results so far and I know I made the best decision in choosing Dr Lopez

Congratulations on your makeover! I love this doctors work and have been doing research myself for about 2 yrs, my gut is leaning towards him. My only concern was paying and possibly looking a bit too natural bc I must admit I do love the luscious curves of other doctors too. Anyhow I'm glad to hear your experience was smooth. How was the recovery? Was it very painful? And how long after the mommy makeover were you able to move n walk around? If I travel I can only do so for 10 days is that too little time? Thanks for sharing!

Hello..I chose him because of how natural his work looks ..Def the first thing that attracted me to his work..he will ask you what look your going for natural or more of a vixen look..
My recovery was smooth I was discharged the next day and I went to stay at a relatives house an hour away...the only think that bothered me was my back from the anesthesia and from.being slouched over from the TT..he usually recommends 10 to 12 days post op I believe

Ok great info! Thanks, I also plan on getting a mommie make over and want to stay with my family in the capital bc I'm also Dominican so I will have help with my kids from family n my husband. I'm just abit concerned n scared as I'm sure you were too. I'm constantly changing my mind on who I like best bc in all honestly all these different opinions here drive you insane! But he has been my number one for awhile now and I hear he's pretty pricey (nothing compared to what we would pay here in NY of course) from family out there in DR. I guess my whole thing is you pay for what you get and he screams quality. Thank you for letting me know he does ask you what your looking for makes me feel more secure I'm leaning towards the right Doctor :)

You def are paying for your safety and the clinic is beyond beautiful...feel free to private message me any questions you may have as I too was in your shoes a few weeks ago...I'm still a bit sluggish from the travel back home but I def will update with photos as soon as I get some energy

Your walking hunched over starting the next morning but your def going to need someone to look after them for you..the first 3 days your pretty helpless and you will need help. .after that's it wasn't bad...I've had no pain what so ever. .just back ache from walking around slouched

I arrived at Cecilip on Monday morning day before my surgery. Upon arrival I had my blood drawn, a consult with the cardiologist and waited for a consult with Dr Lopez Collado. During my consult we talked specifics in sizes of my implants what procedures I needed and DID not need and here I asked him all the questions I had. He was amazing at answering all of my questions and told me to go home rest and try to relax. I was given a script for a chest xray which was the only test they didn't do in house. The clinic they referred me to for the xray was not far from Cecilip. Xray was about 35 us dollars (paid in DR pesos). The wait time was not bad prob an hour total.
I was the first surgery the next morning at 5am!!

What did u have done? I'm in with doctor Lopez Collado end of may for a lipo and bb . But I am so nervous

I had a tummy tuck and breast lift with implants..don't be nervous he is the absolute best..his staff is amazing and his scar is invisible..good luck to you

Will do even tho I'm only getting lipo and bbl so there's not much scars involved only very tiny incisions. Good luck

Morning of Surgery

I was asked to report to the clinic at 5am as I asked to be the first surgery of the day. Upon arrival I was checked into my "suite" which was absolutely beautiful and super clean. I was given a gown and some paper work to fill out. The doctor popped his head in to greet us and ask if I had any questions. He later came in with his camera and took some photos, measurements and drew me up. Soon after this the nurse came in with "the little blue pill"...that pill is amazing!!! you feel relaxed and on cloud nine. I don't remember much after that just being wheeled into the OR and the doctor asking me what music I wanted to listen to. After that I woke up in my room and everything was done!!!
Surgery was about 4 hours and I slept for about 4 hours post op. I was really tired from not sleeping the night before due to the excitement.

How do you feel now and how does your TT scar look? I chose him but so concerned about the scaring.
