Surgery date changed
So I changed my surgery date due to deployment I'm now scheduled for Nov 16. How can I increase my hemo levels. I'm at 11.5 and I need at least a 12. HELP!!!

So my hemo is 11.5. And my surgery is on Nov. 16th. What can help me bring it up to at least at 12.5.
Flight Booked
I booked my flight flying from JFK on 8/16 landing on 8/17, surgery on 8/18.And that one way was only $108.00 through JetBlue. I'm flying another airline coming back into VA. That was a great deal you can't beat that. I can't wait until it's done and over with.
