Starting today!!!! Well, October 1st, I am going on a weight loss journey! I did it before in the past so I KNOW I can achieve the results I need in order to get surgery in April!
I will not eat ANY CARBS or meat! Strictly FRESH fruit ( nothing canned, that's just SOAKED in corn syrup), FRESH vegetables and seafood! I slipped up these past months by over indulging in fried and sautéed chicken, beef, turkey, & lamb! :(
I will keep track of everything but on a separate app. And I mean EVERYTHING!!

No, I might if I can't get ahold of Dra. Duran myself.
I started limiting my carbs also and have lost an additional 10 lbs. It really works. The minute I start eating carbs the weight comes back no matter how much cutting back and exercising I do. I'm convinced my body does not do well with carbs.
