After my second round with Robles i would no longer recommend going to the DR for surgery. There is too much going on due to recent deaths and im thankful that i was able to have had my procedures done and survived and was able to come home but all the extra drama was not worth it. You definitely dont want to deal with or see others deal with what i witnessed post op when you are at your weakest and basically your lives are in their hands. My ratings are not due to her surgical skills but because of her unprofessionalism and unprofessional staff. Yes you can be skilled at what you do but you have to at least act like you care about how your patients are being cared for after and be fair and hire staff that have some sense and training in customer service and how to treat a patient especially post op.
