This review will be nice and short.
#1. First day of meeting Dr. Contreras. Very sweet doc. He's soft spoken and will yes you to death. His favorite saying is "yes I will do my best!.
#2. Contreras Plastics. Beautiful and modern. Very clean facility.
#3. Contreras staff. OK he really needs to hire English speaking workers. Only 3 people speaks English and they are Dr. Contreras, his wife and Kiki ( she works in the faja store). He needs to revamp the cafeteria staff because they are the worst!
#4. Contreras RH. Ok the place is nice and that's just about it. The quality of service really sucks down there. I say down there because the RH is in the basement. Once youve had surgery you need someone to take care of you and help with getting up out of bed the first couple of days depending on what you've had done. In my case since I had lipo it's not as bad as someone who's had a tummy tuck. In any case, once you call for someone to help you they take FOREVER to come. And I'm talking about no less than 10 minutes - at that point it could've been an emergency and no one will get to you in time. I guess I'm just spoiled from my round 1 staying at Serenity RH. They took excellent care of me. The nurses checked on me frequently without having to call them. At Contreras you're literally on your own.
Now let's talk about the food - BRING SNACKS I REPEAT BRINK SNACKS! YOU WILL STARVE! Lets keep in mind, I am not a big eater and I was hungry. They serve you 3 meals a day. The 3 meal a day is for example, breakfast you get fruits, eggs or oatmeal, and a slice of toast - yes a slice of toast! Lunch is where you need to eat as much as possible because that's when you actually get like rice chicken or potatoes. I'm not going to go in too deep about the recovery house, but if you ask my opinion I will not stay there again nor will recommend someone staying there.
