I decided to stay on the same posting under Medina. I had to gain a little for the fat transfer got it in October 2015 was wide awake Dr. HAMEL WAS NICE although it was quite a different experience from being in the DR and with Medina I literally met Dr hamel face to face for the first time in the operating room. Hey was more straight to business type of guy. He lipo'd under my breast and above my butt/rear flank area to harvest the fat I discussed with him that that part was a concern for me because I wanted it smaller because I never wanted a huge butt just wanted my dimples filled in but he assured me he knew exactly what I meant. Long story short he did the lipo results are perfect and really gave me that exact bottom I was going for. MEDINA I LOVE HER AND SHE HOOKED ME UP WITH A GREAT FOUNDATION BUT MY BUT WAS A LITTLE TOO BIG FOR ME! SO AS FAR AS FIXING IT FOR MY TASTES Hamel did great my breast however did not last they were huge plump and beautiful day one until about week 3 then they started to deflate back to their normal sad state. To my surprise Dr. James office has called me around once every month to check on progress. Sad to say though is that there is none. They assure me that it can take about a year before final result of the fat transfer to breast are noticed so I am just waiting to see. I am a little sad though because with the lipo to harvest the fat for my breasts my skin is a bit loose and saggy so I'm a little frustrated about that. I just have horribly stretched skin from so many years of being overweight. For now I am done having surgery though maybe after marriage and more babies I will tighten some things back up and get those implants I've been trying not to get.

I tried once to update but my computer crashed and I lost everything.

Medina is great. The staff is great. I stayed at my home recovery they are all wonderful I also used Karleigh Harris and she was wonderful despite what some others say.
My body is greatly improved but due some issues of not getting a seroma drained once I made it back my results near my scar area have been effected. But yes I would do it all over in a heartbeat I am in fact planning to have a scar revision/removal of the hardened seroma. My insurance actually covers this so I'm unsure as to if I will be going back to the DR. I am looking to get my breast done by fat grafting and have been looking at Dr. Bedenar who is a little expensive and Dr. Hamel who is very affordable but I have seen mixed reviews and from my brief contact with Jennifer I am unsure as to how I feel yet. Since its been so long I think I will skip the major details and will just answer questions about my experience so ask away! Will update some pics later oh and I did not get my breast done as Medina decided not to do it as I bleed a little more while on the table so she practiced under her medical opinion and opted not to do my breast. My money was refunded to me without me saying anything. They were there for me all the way through even when I was feeling light headed and having some faint feeling moments after waking from surgery.

So I have been trying my best to stay busy b/c sx is all over my mind. My goal now is to stay focused on God through prayer and praise and spend plenty of time with my family and enjoy every moment even the ones usually overlooked! Ok that's all for now!
