I'm writing this review to warm people about this doctor. I went to Edgar Contreras because somebody told me he was an expert in nose job, the case is that this doctor destroyed my life. I had to get a revision because I couldn't breath right, nostril uneven and couldn't be fixed because he cut too much of the alar base. Second doctor was able to improve my breathing problem but I have to consider a second revision because Im still so frustrated about the look of my nose. If you have any question please let me know

Well to be honest I also had a boob job and I loved it. The only problem was my nose....

Omg I've been contemplating going to him because he does seem like the best doctor for breast at there but I would love to hear what went wrong with the lipo as well
I've had work done previous with a doctor named Juan stanly and after my second child with Cabral(which he's beyond belief the king) but I'm maybe thinking about getting my breast and lipo

I added new pictures just now,l. My nose is still going through the swolleness process as of today i has been 3 months and a few days. Each day I see progress and even though my nostrill are too small I kinda like the way it looks now versus my first rhinoplasty.!!

So these are my after revision picture, my doctor tried to reconstruct my nose as much as possible and told me that maybe in the near future I can get an alar reconstruction but at that moment it wasnt possible because we had to fixed other issues concerning my breathing and so on

Yes I got the revision within 8 exact months apart and the only reason to this was because my revision doctor told me to wait so he could performed the surgery so I had no choice. But if it was up to me i would of gotten done right away because I couldnt breath properly and my nose looked like a big bubble with small nostrills.. I hope that helps answer your question regarding rhinoplasty precedure
