Dr. Cabral 2017 - 360 Liposuction(Arms, Back, Abdominal)

Looking good right ? Lol loving my results, best 4K spent . I’m just upset that he didn’t lipo around my bellybutton (see photo) so the area looks pretty weird at certain angles ! It only really pokes out after I’ve ate, & haven’t wore my faja or waist trainer. I’ll just try and work out more to see if I can flatten it out myself.Also a major key when going have surgery, and after is sports bras , they will be your best friend ! The ones I brought where by hanes, which I loved, very comfortable, not tight, digging in the skin. They fit just perfect, especially with not being able to move really !

If you see this, as you should ! It’s not a infection lol, it’s actually the fat/fluid draining from the incisions. I got scared when I saw it, because normally when you see yellow , you think infection , but it wasn’t just fluid leaving on it’s on . I had not drains, & had to be manually drained while there !

A couple meals I remember taking photos of lol , you be in so much pain you forget to blog everything . . Any who’s, you eat 3 times a day, plus a snack. For the most part most of the meals were good, if I didn’t like the meal I would tell them & they would bring up somthing different which was great ! The staf was a amazing , they come clean the room every day right before breakfast, I requested the room with the bathroom which was a plus because I doubt It, I would’ve made it down the hall to pee lol ohhh & all us girls sleep up stairs, so yesss after surgery you’ve have to carry your self up them stairs! ! Nowwww, for the things I didn’t like about the recovery house, because I’m going to be honest with you guys . They advertise Netflix being available, but it’s only available in the living room, agggg right ! Then the air unit in my room went out maybe 2-3 times I was there, for maybe a 30mins-a hour. Which might not seem long to some, but if you’ve never been to DR, you wouldn’t understand. It became hot pretty fast in the room, lucky the AC unit blowed really cold when it did work lol, they do have wifi Available which is a plus , but every now & then it goes down, so I wasn’t able to browse on my phone as much ! But overall I’ll give them a 4 outta 5 just because of staff that helped me during my recovery process ! !
