I first started doing my research because there're so many options out there of plastic surgeons in the Dominican Republic. I had huge breasts and my back always hurt. So it wasn't much because of having a good looking breast but because health issues. I sent email to Dr. Derby's office and had response within less than 24 hrs. On this journey is always important to have good communication with your plastic surgeon's office. His assistant Vanessa is a very communicative and always willing to help with the process. I had my surgery with great results, everything came out just the way to Dr. said and I feel like I took the best decision.
