I'm booked and ready to go to DR. Any one have any suggestions of what I need to bring. I seen a lot if list and I just want the necessary items. I'm 5'4 190 lbs and I lost 20 pounds and will continue to live and eat healthy. I decided to do this for a fresh start and what other to start a new year is to have a new look.
