Back at the gym

It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here. I’ve been through it these past months. My mom passed away in March and It literally felt like life was being sucked out of me. I wasn’t doing so good. Some days better than others but overall it’s been rough. I’m taking it day by day..that is all I can do at this point. I’ve been back to the gym and that has helped me tremendously.
I’ve noticed that my stomach has not been as flat as a few months ago, so I’ve been hitting the gym recently. I’m going to get my body nicely toned and defined.
