Strongly Considering a BBL - Dominican Republic

So I got a quote from Dr Salama and its what I want to hear!!!
I've decided on him - how do I change my review to Dr S? I'm just waiting to book my date
I was told I needed to gain 15 pounds in order to get my desired results - right now I'm around 140 pounds
I'm going to attach the pictures I sent to the surgeon

So Ladies I am 90% decided on Dr Salama - He is alot more expensive then the other surgeons I was considering but I really like his work, he is very consistent, and I know he can give me the bum and hips I want plus I know with the results he gives I would only get the surgery done once plus the price includes 2 compression garments and the foam board plus other things.
There was one horror story on his reviews but these things do happen. I have had surgery before (boob job) and I understand the risk involved.

I'm excited and can't wait to book then thing is I dont know whether to stay at the serenity rest house for my whole stay or only stay for 3 nights after surgery and get an air b n b apartment with a buddy.

I really like Dr Baez work but I m scared because I see alot of scars on her patience. I have refined my choices down to Dr Hasan in Miami, Dr Aslani in Marbella and Dr Baez in Dominican Republic

I want a really dramatic affect as I have a small bum and no hips at all
I really want to get it done in May but Im scared I won't be healed in time for my holiday In July
*sighs*
making a decision is super hard
