1 year!!

It's been a little over a year since my surgery! Yippee! It was completely worth the pain and healing process. I love my booty- I get stopped everywhere I go! I am deeply considering a round 2 now though. I have put on 10-15lbs and I swear it's all in my thighs! Also- my stomach is NOT as smooth as I'd like. There is nothing more I can do- massages did nothing to help me out. So I'm hoping a round 2 can touch up the last few areas I'm unhappy about and be on with my life!!

These were from last night. I am still swollen- creases in my skin are from lipo foam & my garment... I'm OBSESSED with the new body.

11 days post op- heading home in the morning

SO- I am on a little (okay a lot) behind on updating. I was focusing on healing, getting through the pain, and really enjoying the other moments with the girls at the RH (Domingas)
I love my results. I love my doctor. I love Domingas. Surgery was A blur. I was the first up, so there was no waiting- no hesitation- and from taking the blue pill to getting knocked out was FAST.
I got wheeled into the room, I remember a pinch in my hand- and it was lights out.
To be honest, I DID wake up during surgery. I remember trying to look around the curtain in front of my face, another time I remember her doing my arms and it burned, and then injecting into my butt. It was always mere seconds, and nothing agonizing or too much to handle.
I remember Duran checking on me- I remember my stomach burning and asking if she did a TT anyways on me- (NO) and then I fell back asleep.
The stay at CIPLA... was manageable due to Vanessa (meet her on a FACEBOOK group). She stayed with me and my sx buddy. She cleaned our puke, she called for nurses, she covered us with blankets. She calmed us down and held our hands. I don't know if I would have made it without her.
I was in pain. My ass was throbbing. I was nauseas, tired, and weak.
The nurses were not mean, just not around a whole lot.
The next morning. .. well... getting the Faja put on was worse than labor. The Fed me juice, lollipops... I still got dizzy, I still screamed.. I thought I was going to die!
Ladies- PAY ATTENTION!! Do not bring super absorbant pads. Bring MATERNITY pads. I thought I had it right.. Until I bled out all over myself, and the chair in 5 minutes. Then had to get undressed, my Faja washed and put BACK in it.. delaying my release by an hour. MATERNITY PADS!! Bring them..
I couldn't wait to get back to Domingas to get in my bed, sleep, and recover.

*I'll post more later*
