Any foods or tips or pills or shakes that have helped you gain and keep weight for this procedure. I have a super fast metabolism and I gain muscle easily, so I'm finding that these Ensure shakes are helping me build muscle (although I am not trying to).
I need HELP yal.. I'm wondering if I will be able to pack on enough lbs by December 27th.
